Ingredients of Salmon Mentai Rice

  1. It’s 260 g of salmon skin-off.
  2. It’s 1 cup of cooked rice.
  3. You need of Seaweed.
  4. You need 2 tbs of soy sauce.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of sesame oil.
  6. Prepare of Mentai Sauce.
  7. Prepare 5 tbs of kewpie mayonnaise.
  8. It’s 2.5 tbs of sweet chilli sauce.
  9. You need 2 tbs of tobiko.

Salmon Mentai Rice instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°.
  2. Marinate salmon in soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 mins and pan fry.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, chilli sauce, and tobiko together and set aside.
  4. Mix cooked rice with seaweed in pyrex.
  5. Place salmon on top of rice and pour mentai sauce over it.
  6. Add seaweed on too of the sauce.
  7. Bake rice in 180° oven for 10-18 mins.
